The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

2.1 By accessing or using the phshy platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and phshy relating to the subject matter herein.

2.3 phshy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please refer to Section 14 for the full amendment policy.

3.1 To register and use a phshy Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing online casino services is lawful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close relative of any employee of phshy or its affiliated companies;
• You are not self-excluded from any PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform, whether through phshy's own tools or through PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry;
• You are not opening the Account on behalf of another person;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3.2 phshy reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility from any Account Holder at any time. Accounts that fail to satisfy these requirements upon request may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts will be processed in accordance with PAGCOR's mandated procedures for ineligible account closures.

4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) phshy Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification: phshy is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all Account Holders before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (acceptable documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport). phshy aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of submission.

4.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phshy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify phshy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: phshy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and PNB), and major cryptocurrencies (USDT and others as listed on the platform). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless specifically noted otherwise.

5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all supported payment methods.

5.3 Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Player's phshy wallet within approximately sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay typically credit within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Mandatory reports are submitted to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5.7 No Third-Party Transactions: All deposits and withdrawals must be made by and to the Account Holder only, using payment methods registered in the Account Holder's own name. phshy does not accept third-party deposits and will return such funds to the originating source.

6.1 phshy offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, Super Wheel prizes, and Coin rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable Wagering Requirements.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, Bonus Funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus Fund amount or free spin winnings, not on the combined wallet balance.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phshy reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or multiple-account abuse.

6.4 Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

6.5 Coin Rewards: phshy Coins earned through the Coin loyalty program have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Coins may be redeemed for the specific rewards listed on the Coin redemption page within the platform. Coin values and redemption rates are set by phshy and may be adjusted with notice.

6.6 Super Wheel: Prizes won through the phshy Super Wheel feature are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion. PHP cash prizes credited as a result of Super Wheel spins may be subject to a Wagering Requirement. Free spins and Coin bundles are subject to their respective terms.

7.1 Game Rules: Each game available on the phshy platform is governed by that game's individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game rules relate specifically to that game's mechanics, payouts, or RTP.

7.2 RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on phshy use certified, independently audited RNG systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by any factor other than chance and, where applicable, player decisions. RTPs are not adjusted from developer defaults.

7.3 Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue during gameplay that results in an ambiguous or incomplete game result, phshy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's balance. No additional compensation will be provided for technical interruptions beyond the return of the original wager.

7.4 Void Transactions: phshy reserves the right to declare any wager, bet, or transaction void if phshy has reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction was made in error, was based on corrupted odds or game information, or was otherwise made under circumstances that would make settlement contrary to law or PAGCOR regulations.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phshy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one phshy Account;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game, feature, or system on the platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not such advantage results in actual financial gain;
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus structures ("collusion");
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent payment disputes after using deposited funds for gaming;
• Sharing or selling your Account or its credentials to any third party;
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the phshy platform or its intellectual property.

9.1 phshy Casino is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This requirement is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification and is not waivable under any circumstances.

9.2 Player Tools: The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account Holders immediately upon activation, accessible from Account Settings without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Limits — Restrict the amount of time spent on the platform per session;
• Loss Limits — Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period;

9.3 Underage Protection: phshy will permanently close any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age. 10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phshy platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of phshy's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable law.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phshy's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the phshy platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phshy Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 phshy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if phshy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 phshy does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. phshy shall not be liable for service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond phshy's reasonable control.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phshy's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 phshy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of these Terms;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Discovery that the Account Holder is under 21 years of age;
• Any other reason that phshy, in good faith, considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or to comply with applicable law.

12.2 Funds on Closure: Upon closure of an Account for reasons not related to suspected fraud or criminal activity, any verified balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Account Holder via the original payment method. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have their balances subject to withholding pending investigation.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting phshy support via live chat or at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. General account closure requests are actioned within 48 hours.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with the phshy platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

13.2 Disputes: In the event of a dispute between you and phshy, you agree to first contact phshy's customer support team to seek informal resolution. phshy is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and within a reasonable time. Most disputes relating to game outcomes, transactions, or account matters can be resolved at the support level within 48–72 hours.

13.3 PAGCOR Complaints: If a dispute cannot be resolved through phshy's internal support process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR under PAGCOR's player complaint procedures. phshy will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute resolution process.

13.4 For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.1 phshy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing Account Holders via the registered email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the phshy platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where more immediate changes are required by law, PAGCOR regulation, or for security reasons.

14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14.3 Continued use of the phshy platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
